Through intentional stretching, breathwork, and myofascial release, we restore tissue health, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system. This is where strength meets restoration.

LUMA Align

Through lighter resistance, rotational strength, and controlled movement, we build a strong core while giving joints and ligaments space to recover. This is strength training with intention- so you can lift heavy longer.

A fast-paced, 35-minute fusion of functional strength with a powerful cardio finisher.  Perfect for women who want to train smart, move strong, and feel powerful.

A foundational class designed to build balance, mobility, and strength so you can move confidently and live vibrantly- today and for decades to come.

LUMA Open Lift

A once-a-month, trainer-led workout designed for women who lift independently but want structure, guidance, and a monthly plan- so you never feel lost in the gym.

A combination of lighter resistance, barre precision, Pilates control, and a touch of cardio. Expect intentional movements and lean muscle activation with an energizing cardio infusion. 

LUMA Power Pilates

Pilates amplified. We combine core-focused control with strategic strength work to build long, lean muscle, improve posture, and create powerful stability. 

Soul Core

A Christ-centered movement that combines the prayers of the Rosary with core strengthening, stretching, and functional movement to nourish body and soul. This class is open to every member and all denominations.
